The Waterloo Engineering Endowment Foundation (WEEF) strives to keep information as available as possible to all members of the foundation.

To maintain this transparency the following documents have been made available.

Strategic Documents

WEEF has recently embarked on new initiatives, creating our first-ever strategic plan and signing two Memorandums of Understanding with the Dean of Engineering to advance WEEF's mission for the benefit of undergraduate engineering students.

Board of Directors Meeting Minutes

At least once a term the Board of Directors meet to approve funding allocations, set future funding rates based on financial data, and any other issues regarding WEEF.

Governing documents

The actions of the Waterloo Engineering Endowment Foundation are governed by both a constitution and a set of by-laws. Board policies are passed by the Board of Directors, effective in force until dispelled.

Every effort has been made to ensure the data are correct, however please feel free to contact us if you spot an error or need clarification.
