On Wednesday January 25, 2023 at 12:45pm in the Cambridge Architecture School Auditorium, our Elder In Residence William Woodworth of the Bear Clan, Mohawk, Six Nations of the Grand River, will be speaking on the role and nature of a native Elder based on his experience with Chief Jacob Thomas, perhaps the most important Haudenosaunee Elder of the twentieth century.
His new role at the School of Architecture is to offer teaching and counselling to students and faculty from the native perspective.
This event will be followed by open questions. Everyone is encouraged to attend this singular event.
