Have you ever given thought to doing an Honours Thesis as part of your fourth year program in ERS? Have you heard it is too much work or too scary and thought it is not for you? Or have you been sort of thinking about it a bit but are not sure what an Honours thesis really is, how you go about writing one, and how it might fit into your program? Or, perhaps you have just not thought about it at all!
Well, if any of this applies to you, we invite you to join us for an information session and chat about all things thesis, and maybe a little bit about grad school as well. We know that with all you have going on at this time of year, thinking about next year may be the furthest thing from your mind. But spending an hour or so thinking about your final year with us can be helpful in many ways, and advance planning always makes things easier if you do decide to go the thesis route.
So we hope you will be able to “push pause on the present” for a few minutes and join us to talk about thesis work and things related.
We hope to see you in EV2 2006 at 4:30 on Tuesday, November 4th.
