Brad's research examines factors that influence fitness of animal populations at multiple scales - from genes to landscapes. The impetus for most of his research emerges from important conservation issues; however, he also endeavors to answer general ecological questions to improve concepts and theory in ecology and evolution, with a focus on questions examining Habitat Selection, Landscape Genetics, Population Trends, and Social Behavior. He teaches courses in wildlife ecology and research methods.
