The Make It Right Program empowers our staff to quickly resolve any customer concerns. In addition to addressing the problem at its source, staff can provide replacement items for unsatisfactory purchases, able to refund inadequate meals or provide a Make It Right Coupon for customers to receive a replacement entree or drink at a later date of their convenience.
