We recognize that each individual has their own needs and preferences when it comes to food. That's why we are dedicated to helping you make Fresh & Balanced choices through our Food Guide Friendly Commitment with Health Canada. At UW Food Services we aim to satisfy our guests by offering a wide variety of choices and being transparent with our sourcing, ingredients, and nutrition symbols. 

Look for our nutrition symbols—including vegetarian, vegan, halal, made without dairy, and made without gluten—on our ingredient labels, menu boards, and Grab & Go sandwiches, wraps and salads.

If you have any questions or need guidance on specific food choices, just ask! Our staff is always happy and available to assist you.

Nicole is a Registered Dietitian and is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining nutrition programming for Food Services with a focus on health and wellness for the student community.
