Become an exceptional researcher and practitioner who can make a difference to organizations, workers, and the industrial-organizational field broadly with the Master of Applied Science in Psychology (Industrial and Organizational Psychology) program.  

In this program you’ll be exposed to psychological theory and methods through coursework and hands-on opportunities to conduct research and consulting projects in collaboration with faculty, culminating in a master’s research paper. You’ll also have the option to complete a full- or part-time internship to get real-world experience.  

You’ll be prepared to pursue further study at the PhD level or for a successful career in the private or public sectors.

Admission limitations

Due to funding restrictions, the Faculty of Arts is currently limiting the number of international students we can admit. Please contact the department's Associate Chair, Graduate Studies prior to applying to discuss your interest in this program.

Admission requirements

  • A 80% overall standing in the last two years, or equivalent, in a four-year Honours Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
