Gain advanced training and expertise in climate change, including climate change science, vulnerability and adaptation, and mitigation with the Master of Climate Change program.

This on-campus program can be completed in one year of full-time study or can be completed part-time for flexibility if you’re a working professional. In the coursework option you’ll complete a four-month professional internship, or you can choose to complete a master’s research paper.  

Learn to interpret and evaluate climate change research and policy and gain professional skills in research execution, collaborative problem solving, and effective written and oral communication to advance your career.

Admission requirements

  • Students must have completed a four year honours Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in a humanities, social science, health, engineering, science, or business discipline with an overall average of at least 75% in the final 20 courses (or last 2 years).
