Emily Shantz

Emily is a PhD candidate in the Department of Geography and Environmental Management at the University of Waterloo, and Research Assistant in the GoHelP lab. Emily holds a Master of Science in Microbiology & Immunology from Dalhousie University as well as a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Molecular Biology & Genetics from the University of Guelph. Her research interests include: infectious and immune-mediated diseases, knowledge translation, science/health policy and science communication.
