Here are some of the recent Knowledge Translation (KT) materials from the GoHelP lab.

2025

ROTOM Women Rise report to Uganda Women RISE community report by Justine Nagawa and ROTOM team (PDF)

A resource for communities, researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to explore:

  • Findings from a community-based participatory research project conducted in partnership with COHESU in Kisumu, Kenya and ROTOM in Mukono, Uganda

  • Community priorities and lived experiences related to women's health and WASH

  • Insights from community engagement and deliberative dialogues involving community members, local partners, and policymakers
  • Collaborative recommendations to inform research, policy, and practice
  • How participatory dialogue strengthens knowledge mobilization, partnerships, and collective action

Learn from deliberative dialogues held with communities and policymakers in Kenya and Uganda in February 2025. As part of the Women RISE project's knowledge mobilization activities, these dialogues built on a community-based participatory research approach to foster community engagement, promote gender-transformative action, and support evidence-informed decision-making.
