The SJE-GoHelP Foundation is a Ghanaian charity established by GoHelP alumnus Elijah Bisung to honor and celebrate the work of Professor Susan J. Elliott. The SJE-GoHelP Foundation operates in the Upper West Region of Ghana. The Foundation focuses on education, mentorship and gender empowerment, and creates opportunities to enhance the full potential of children, particularly girls, through education. The work of SJE-GoHelP is tied to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) 5 – Gender Equality.

Jelius Jebuni – Jelius was the best student at St Dominic Junior High School, Kaleo and is currently a student at St Michael’s Boys Secondary School, Nandom preparing to take the West Africa Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination.

Luginaah Benedicta – Benedicta was the best student at Kyang Junior High School and is currently a student at St Francis of Assisi Girls Senior High School preparing to take the West Africa Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination.
