Joseph Kangmennaang completed his Doctor of Philosophy in the Department of Geography and Environmental Management at the University of Waterloo. He was a recipient of the Queen Elizabeth Scholarship (QEScholar) and worked with other scholars on the Global Index of Wellbeing. His broad areas of research interest include environment and health, economic and health inequalities, food security, HIV and AIDs, non-communicable diseases, and global health.
Joseph is now an Assistant Professor of Global Health in the School of Kinesiology and Health Studies at Queen’s University.
