Maggie completed her MES in the Department of Geography and Environmental Management and was a part of the Collaborative Water Program at UW's Water Institute under the supervision of Professor Susan Elliott. Her research interests are related to the health implications of contaminated water on populations living in marginalized environments.
Previously, she completed a Bachelor of Environmental Studies in the Joint Honours Degree in Geography and Environmental Management and Anthropology Co-op Program at the University of Waterloo. Maggie possesses experience in both private and public sectors through co-op terms at the Regional Municipality of York's Water Resources Department and as a sales professional at an educational travel firm in Toronto.
Maggie now works as the Community Social Relations Specialist for Tridel Corporation in Toronto.
