Lauren completed her BSc in brain & cognition psychology, with a minor in biological sciences, at the University of Guelph.She is currently working on her MASc in industrial/organizational psychology under the supervision of Dr. Ramona Bobocel, investigating how managers can communicate negative news to employees most fairly, considering abstract or detail-oriented mindsets. Her general research interests lie in communication, ethics, culture, and pro-environmental behaviour. Hobby wise, Lauren loves adventuring outdoors, listening to all genres of music, and attempting to balance on various objects.
