Have you heard about some sort of addition to the SLC? An expansion to the PAC? Seen #UWSLCPAC on social media?
The GSA is holding a referendum from February 9th-February 11th to ask if students will support an $18 per term fee for the SLC/PAC Expansion. More information on the project can be found here , more information on the referendum and its procedures can be found here The Feds will also be holding a referendum of the undergraduate students on the same issue at the same time.
There will be a Town Hall open forum style event on January 18th, 2016 in the SLC Great Hall beginning at 1pm. There will be a brief overview of the project followed by an open question period. Students will also be able to tweet and e-mail questions ahead of the event and during the event. The event will be live-streamed and available to view after the event for those unable to make it.
