David Regier Family
This scholarship was established in the memory of Dave Regier, an educator with a keen interest in Christian education who served on the Conrad Grebel University College Board of Directors from 1980 -1985. Regier was interested in making the Grebel educational experience accessible to as many students as possible.
His family established this award to honour his commitment to Grebel and to enable students in financial need to attend university and live at Conrad Grebel University College
About the Award
This award was established to provide financial support for students living at Conrad Grebel University College while pursuing studies at the University of Waterloo.
This award is given to:
- Students living in Grebel’s residence or apartments
- Students who qualify for OTSS funding through the Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP)
- Students who demonstrate involvement in College life
- Students in good academic standing
