This award is designed to make an educational experience at Conrad Grebel University College accessible to Mennonite students from culturally diverse backgrounds. The intention is to create a student body at the College that is more reflective of the cultural diversity of the present and future Mennonite Church in Canada.
This award is founded by Mary Groh, who invites others with a passion for diversity in the Mennonite Church to contribute to this effort and to this award.
About the Award
This award is designed to make an educational experience at Conrad Grebel University College accessible to Mennonite students from culturally diverse backgrounds.
The award is given to:
- Students who are, or whose parents are, new Canadians (since 1975) and attend a Mennonite church.
- Indigenous students who attend a Mennonite church.
Amount: Three awards of approximately $10,000.
