Associate Director
Professor Khirfan joined the Heritage Resources Centre (HRC) as Associate Director in 2023. She holds a Ph.D. in Urban & Regional Planning, two Master's degrees in Heritage Management and Archeology, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture. Her research centers on urban stream daylighting, nature-based solutions, community climate adaptation and engagement, heritage management, and knowledge transfer. Her expertise aligns seamlessly with HRC's mission, promising valuable contributions to heritage management and community engagement.
