  2. Conduct a review, in alignment with other planning groups and activities, of lessons learned during the pandemic and incorporate these into overall campus plans.
  3. Emphasize and articulate the need for a campus-wide approach which is inclusive of all units and IT staff.
  4. Ensure an emphasis on the end-user as a guiding principle and incorporate service and appropriate consultation as requisite aspects.
  5. Include and drive the development of roadmaps for information systems and other core infrastructure and technology in consultation with all stakeholders.
  6. Define a funding strategy that supports long-term planning and investment approaches.
  7. Describe the role of innovation, including the principles and framework for distributed development, management and deployment of systems and technology.
  8. Support needed efficiencies and business process renewal.
  9. Define specific strategies or statements with respect to cloud computing, machine learning and artificial intelligence or other emerging areas where definition, guidance and policy would be beneficial.
