Prof. Pandey was awarded the 2021 Harold A. Smith Outstanding Contribution Award by the Canadian Nuclear Society for outstanding contributions to the Canadian nuclear industry, in particular to reliability analysis and probabilistic methodologies for nuclear reactor component behavior.

The paper entitled "An Unbiased Method for Probabilistic Fire Safety Engineers, Requiring a Limited Number of Model Evaluations" authored by  R. Van Coile, G.P. Balamenos, M.D. Pandey, and R. Caspeele has received the Harry C. Bigglestone Award for 2018.

Conferences in 2018

This is an early notification that our team has submitted a number of papers to the upcoming PVP 2018 (Pressure Vessels & Piping Conference) in Prague, Czech Republic on July 15-20, and the 26th ICONE (International Conference on Nuclear Engineering) in London, England on July 22-26, 2018.  We look forward to seeing you in Europe this coming summer!  More details to come...
