Join us virtually for English For Academic Success this Spring
As of Friday, March 20, the Renison English Language Institute Office (REN 1930) has been closed and not available for visitors. Moving forward, we will be providing support virtually.
We encourage all members of our Renison community to practice social distancing as much as possible. We welcome you to contact us through the following methods:
Due to challenges caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the English Language Institute has made the careful decision to cancel the IELTS preparation course in the Fall 2020 term. We are planning to resume the IELTS preparation course in the Winter 2021 term. We regret any inconvenience.
Despite a global pandemic, our student leaders have continued to find ways to stay active and build their English language skills through a dynamic new weekly video blog (vlog) show.
Renison University College rejects racism and hatred in all its forms and stands in firm solidarity with racialized communities. We declare our commitment to anti-racism in response to the recent murder of George Floyd by Minneapolis police and the police-involved death of Regis Korchinski-Paquet in Toronto, as well as the other numerous incidents of racial violence that have lead to the deaths of Black, Indigenous, and people of colour (BIPOC) (Ahmaud Arbrey, Breonna Taylor, Jason Collins, Eishia Husdon, D’Andre Campbell, Machuar Maduto, among others).
