Recognizing that the third Monday in January, often referred to as "Blue Monday," can feel like a tough day, this session aims to lift your spirits, spark creativity, and provide tools to brighten your winter. Join the International Student Experience (ISE) team for a creative and supportive discussion-based session!

What can you expect?

• A chance to share your experiences with winter in Canada
• Discuss possible tips and strategies to stay warm and motivated
• Express yourself through painting or drawing
