I have research, learning, and community interests in energy transitions.  Like many of my colleagues here at the University of Waterloo, I am very interested in working with graduate students who share my interests and who want to undertake an in-depth research project (with both conceptual and empirical components) towards a graduate (research-based) degree in the School of Environment, Resources and Sustainability at the University of Waterloo.

The purpose of this note is to present some introductory information to those students who are potentially interested in working with me in this way.  It is intended to answer some ‘first questions’ and to help determine whether further exploration is warranted.
