CMS Student Committee

I am a member of the Student Committee (StudC) of the Canadian Mathematical Society (CMS). Make sure to visit our website to see our activities, which involves CMS meetings, CUMC and some funding opportunities for mathematical events! Discord server

I maintain a Discord server for number theory students at the University of Waterloo. The server is mainly used to organise and advertise our many number theory seminars and related events. We are not currently (Winter 2024) running any learning seminar, but we may resume in the Summer. Feel free to join the server using this link. 

WiM : Directed reading program

I am currently (Winter 2024) a mentor for the Directed reading program (DRP) organised by the Women in Mathematics committee (WiM), and I was also a mentor in Summer 2022. The DRP is a great program and consists in pairing one or more undergraduate students to a graduate mentor for one semester. Over the course of the semester, the students will read a short research article, or some chapters from a book, under the supervision of their mentor, with whom they will meet regularly to discuss their learning.
