Margaret McBeath is a PhD Student in the School of Public Health and Health Systems at the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada. Her research interests include: student mental health and well-being, the impact of sense of belonging and peer support, and the role of social media use for emerging adults. She has been involved in numerous research projects examining school-to-work transitions and mental health in emerging adults and is also a reseacher and the lab manager for the Mental Health & School-to-Work Transitions Lab at St.Jerome's Unviersity.
