Adam is a MASc student in Civil Engineering and the Collaborative Water Program. He received his BASc in Environmental Engineering at the University of Waterloo with an Option in Water Resources. He was exposed to a wide array of career options through his co-op terms during his BASc. Through this, Adam gained an interest in the remediation of contaminated groundwater. His research focuses on laboratory experiments that will help further the understanding of the field based methods of Carbon-Based Injection (CBI) for the treatment of Petroleum Hydrocarbons (PHCs). These laboratory studies will focus on the bio-degradation capabilities of CBI.
