Griselda is a MASc student in Civil and Environmental Engineering and the Collaborative Water Program. She received her BSc in Biology from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). Griselda is interested in studying the impact of microbial biofilm formation in activated carbon to evaluate the contribution of biodegradation on Carbon-Based Injectates (CBI), a novel technology for the treatment of petroleum hydrocarbons in groundwater.
