Currently, I am a postdoctoral research fellow at the Combinatorics and Optimization Department of the University of Waterloo working in the field of Post-quantum cryptography under the guidance of Prof. Douglas Stebila. I obtained my Ph.D. degree from the Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata under the supervision of Prof. Palash Sarkar. There I was a research fellow of the Applied Statistics Unit, Kolkata working specifically in Lattice-based cryptography. Also, I obtained my Master of Technology degree in Computer Science from the Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata, and my Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Computer Science department of Jadavpur University, Kolkata. I have industry experience at Deloitte, Gurugram where I worked as a Technical Consultant after I completed my Bachelor's degree.
I did my schooling at Hooghly Collegiate School which is situated in Chinsurah on the banks of the river Hooghly. Chinsurah is also the place where I was born and spent my childhood.
