Ziqiang Patrick Huang is a Lecturer of Electrical and Computer Engineering in the School of Engineering at the University of Waterloo. His research focuses on high performance and energy-efficient computer architectures. More specifically, he is interested in software/hardware co-design in power/thermal constrained systems, compiler-assisted performance optimization and policy/mechanism design for dynamic resource allocation.

Dr. Huang received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the East China University of Science and Technology, his S.M. and Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Duke University
