The School of Social Work’s field education office uses an online practicum reporting system entitled Intern Placement Tracking System (IPT). This system can be accessed from anywhere that you have an Internet connection.
IPT allows students, field instructors, faculty field consultants and field coordinators to effectively and efficiently complete administrative tasks relating to the field education program. This includes keeping relevant practicum and contact information up-to-date and accessing and completing forms online. We believe it will streamline your practicum reporting requirements.
Access to all of the forms requiring completion as part of the practicum this year are available through this system. All forms must be completed and submitted online. No one other than each student, their particular faculty field consultant, field instructor, and the School’s Field Team will have access to the forms submitted online.
