Lockers in Science Teaching Complex (STC), Centre for Environmental & Information Technology (EIT), Chemistry 2 (C2), and Physics (PHYS) are free and available for one term use. Daily use does not require registration. Please register the locker you are using with the webform below.

Terms and conditions

1. When you are using a locker, you are acknowledging the locker usage is at your own risk and the start date as the first day of classes for the term and the locker clean out and lock removal date as the last day of exams for the same term. Remaining locks will be cut and lockers cleaned after the last day of exams each term.

2. Locker usage is permitted for the purpose of storing personal items with the exception of perishable food and drink (excluding water).

3. If using a locker, you are agreeing that the Faculty of Science, Science Undergraduate Office, University of Waterloo and all affiliated offices are not responsible for the locker contents.

4. An individual is permitted to register for one (1) locker per term and will not be allowed to register for more than one locker.

5. A University of Waterloo email address must be used for registration.
