Interested in volunteering in the lab?
In the Social Development Lab we study how children interact with one another and how they make friends. We are looking for motivated, reliable, and independent research assistants to help us collect and code observational data.
Research Area: shyness, friendship formation, socioemotional development.
Qualifications:

Highly motivated and detail-oriented, with an excellent work ethic and a strong interest in shyness and friendship formation.

Successful completion of PSYCH211: Developmental Psychology and PSYCH291: Basic Research Methods.

At least an 80% average in completed psychology courses.

Prior research experience is an asset but not required.
