On Wednesday, September 6 the Theological Studies department welcomed 14 new students into the Master of Theological Studies (MTS) program.

Incoming MTS students, faculty, and staff at Orientation.

Students began the day with some orientation activities on main campus with the Faculty of Arts and then returned to Grebel to join the new Master of Peace and Conflict (MPACS) students, MTS/MPACS faculty and staff, and Grebel administrators for a welcome lunch hosted by Marlene Epp, Dean.

During the afternoon, students participated in a TS department orientation which gave them a chance to get to know each other and to learn important information about the program.

MTS students tour the Milton Good Library.

After some tours of the Milton Good Library and the Kindred Credit Union Centre for Peace Advancement, MTS students joined other Grebel students, faculty, and staff for the Invocation Service with a homily by TS faculty member, Alicia Batten. Grebel's Commencement Ceremony and dinner followed.

The TS department is excited for this new academic year and to welcome these new students into our community of learning!
