If you are graduating from the Master of Theological Studies (MTS) program, congrats! We want to celebrate your achievement with you!
Convocation 2026
Sunday, April 12, 2026, 2:00 pm at the Humanities Theatre. This celebration is for MTS students who have or are completing studies and plan to graduate in Fall 2025, Winter 2026, Spring 2026.
What you need to do:
- Let the TS department know your anticipated program completion date.
- Apply to Graduate on Quest.
To graduate from UWaterloo and obtain your degree, you must apply to graduate in Quest during your final term (due by April 30, 2026 for Spring Convocation). More information about UWaterloo's convocation can be found on the Graduate Studies convocation page. - Fill out the Grebel Convocation form by February 20, 2026.
Please fill out the Grebel convocation form by the deadline if you are completing your studies in fall 2025, winter 2026, spring 2026 regardless of whether or not you plan to participate in Grebel's convocation event. The information provided in the form moves you from your status as a current student to a Grebel alumnus, complete with the perks of attending alumni events. This does not replace your University of Waterloo “Application to Graduate”. You still need to submit that to graduate officially in June 2026. - Attend Grebel’s convocation.
