Tatiana is a PhD candidate at the University of Waterloo. She is an interaction designer who aims to develop user-friendly interfaces for healthcare platforms. Tatiana has a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from the Federal University of ABC (UFABC), São Paulo, Brazil. She is a certified Knowledge Manager by KM Institute, postgraduate in Knowledge and Innovation Management and is a graduate graphic designer. Her intent is to comprehend the underlying issues of addressing solutions for healthcare problems, working on the interface between technological development and the final users’ needs. Creating useful, meaningful and effective solutions: that is what she believes a designer should stand for.
