Award description:
One or two scholarships, valued at up to $2,000 each, are awarded annually to outstanding students admitted to first year of an undergraduate program in any faculty at the University of Waterloo. This fund was established in 2004 by Mary Bales, MA English '72 and MPhil '73 and 2002 recipient of the Arts Alumni Achievement Award.
