Award description: 

A scholarship, valued at up to $3,000, will be awarded annually to an outstanding undergraduate student who identifies as a woman enrolled in Year One of any program in the Faculty of Engineering wherein women are underrepresented. This award is made possible by an endowment established by Shamim Akbar Rahman (BASc `90 in Mechanical Engineering) in memory of his dear father, Mofizur Rahman.
