A fund has been established by University of Waterloo alumni to provide financial assistance to students enrolled in Year One of the Faculty of Science who are interested in majoring in Physics. One or more awards, valued at up to $4,000 each, may be awarded. Selection is based on academic excellence and financial need as determined by Waterloo. Interested students must apply for the University of Waterloo Entrance Bursary.

- You can find the application on the Awards and financial aid tab in the Waterloo application portal.
- Access to the form is limited to Ontario students who will be studying on a full-time basis and who are applying to post-secondary studies for the first time.

- The Entrance Bursary application is open from February 1 to April 15.
