Award description:

Students who are admitted to the University of Waterloo with an early-May admission average of 95% or above will receive the following awards:

one-time $2,000 University of Waterloo President's Scholarship of Distinction
the opportunity after your first year for a $1,500 Research Award and a $1,500 International Experience Award

Eligibility & selection criteria:

early May admission average, including required courses, must be 95% or higher for the program for which you’ve received and accepted an offer of admission
admitted to a full-time, first-year degree program
beginning post-secondary studies for the first time
not applicable at Renison University College or St. Jerome's University, who offer their own scholarships
