Award description: 

In 2005, William D. Packham (BMath '78) established a fund for outstanding first-year students entering the Mathematics/Chartered Professional Accountancy program or the Business Administration (WLU)/Mathematics (University of Waterloo) Double Degree program at the University of Waterloo. Several scholarships, valued at $4,000 each, will be awarded to students based on the admission average, extracurricular achievement as assessed through the Admission Information Form, and results of Math contests as administered through CEMC.
