Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA)-Canada is delighted to announce that the IIA Global Academic Relations Committee has recognized the University of Waterloo in the Internal Auditing Education Partnership (IAEP) program. The IAEP program was developed to respond to the growing interest in internal audit education at institutions of higher learning and recognizes institutions that demonstrate ongoing leadership in internal audit education.

Congratulations to team members: Jennifer Lo, Arthur Law, Erin Xie, and Michael Zhang.

They were mentored by University of Waterloo Centre for Information Integrity and Information Systems Assurance (UWCISA) fellows Kieng Iv and May Leung and won the "Most Value to Hire Heroes" award.

According to the director of Teradata University Network the students earned the award because Hire Heroes implemented so many of their recommendations (more than any other team's recommendations).
