Proposals for the Waterloo Environment Student Endowment Fund (WESEF) can be submitted via online web form or to wesef@uwaterloo.ca. The deadline is announced at the start of the term via email.
Reminders
- A proposal may only be made by an Environment undergraduate/graduate student who has contributed to the endowment fund through Voluntary Student Contribution (VSC). To verify, on QUEST, you must have paid the "ENV Endowment Fund" fee.
- It is recommended to submit your proposal before the deadline, as revisions are often suggested.
- All funding requests for purchases/services must include a formal quote or estimate.
- Please be prepared to deliver a short (maximum 5 min) presentation.
