WESEF Proposal Application Form

Please give a description of the project you are proposing, stating the benefits to students and the reasons you feel it should be accepted. Preferences will be awarded to projects that benefit the most students. You or a representative will be expected to present your proposal to the WESEF Board before it is accepted.

To ensure proposals are compatible with existing equipment, goals and capabilities in the Faculty of Environmental Studies, applicants must have their proposals cleared with the appropriate department before the proposal is submitted to WESEF.

Proposals must be cleared with the appropriate department before the proposal is submitted to WESEF. For example, proposals for software, computer or audio-visual equipment must be cleared through Mapping, Analysis and Design (MAD). If you are unsure who to contact, please email WESEF.
Please upload any quote or estimate you have obtained related to the cost of implementing your proposal. Files must be in PDF or doc format and named using the convention ahsef-proposal-yourlastname (example: ahsef-proposal-smith). If you are unable to upload your file, please email your file to ahsef@uwaterloo.ca Files must be less than 2 MB. Allowed file types: pdf doc.
