1) Printing naming convention
Faculty_Department_Printername (i.e. eng_civil_deanprinter)

Password system up and running before end of term
Fenchel will still have its own samba password file until at least the end of winter term

Added 2 member servers, no roaming profiles
Math will add member servers too next term
4) Clipper - NAV upgrade
Hon will update NAV on clipper to 7.6

Update for Renison, leave Environment Studies (ES) as is

We should move to only 2 !!accounts per faculty
Use MMC instead of Terminal Services
7) Other items
- All 129.97 ips will be added to the routing on the FreeBSD servers
- IE fix past SP2 is recommended
- SP for Office XP is out
- Visit Waterloo`s Nexus e-mail system for system related information
