"In the past we have encountered that students from other faculties when attempting to log into Nexus are unable to because profile space has not been allocated. Currently, if this happens, the student goes to the Math/CS help desk and then our help desk contacts the help desk in the appropriate faculty's help desk, taking up their valuable time."
