Campus endpoint solution
Stephen Markan joined us to discuss what happens while choosing a replacement Antivirus product. The [[http://ist.uwaterloo.ca/projects/AntivirusSoftware/charter.html][Project Charter]] explains what is being looked at. Stephen is trying to get the RFP out before July 1st so please get back to him as soon as possible if there are changes needed.
Vista
Vista is having problems connecting to some shares. Make sure you are editing GPOs on a Vista machine if you want the newer GPO settings to be visible.

Timeline? Will talk with Hon about the Engineering WSUS server. IST will be releasing it soon from their WSUS server. Please remember IE6 does not get upgraded to IE7 with the service pack so that is a separate upgrade if you have not already done so.
