- The Nexus logo will be used in a few more locations to improve visibility.

- Engineering Computing to hire a new staff member to now that Bruce has moved to Science

- Grow of Nexus has been linear, more to come in the foreseeable future

Report about Engineering Computing
- Fire caused substancial damage as a result there is to be physical cleaning of servers
- On April 23 cleaning is to take place

- DC + SUS + DNS down in Engineering as well

- Nevil had to disable, expire, move, re-route email and change password of an account in Arts due to inappropriate account use
- The password synching service with Eng2k is not happening

- Issues regarding mywaterloo.ca and the handling of attachments
- Update on the new addition to LHI
- Issues with XP2 being deployed causes the pc not to boot
- Suggestions include patches out of sequence and spyware

- Erick to compile a list of 2 year old accounts
- Ray to package Adobe Reader 7, Firefox & JavaRunTime for next term
