- Background - University of Waterloo's license with Symantec terminates at the end of August. Information System and Technology has struck a project to investigate the most appropriate anti-virus, spam, malware... solution. At this time the project is seeking input from other campus computing bodies including Nexus. Stephen Markan to speak to the group at the May 21 meeting to let folks know what is going to happen on August 31 and what the project's timeline is as well as soliciting ideas from Waterloo Nexus Advisory Group (WNAG).
