- working on further Exchange rollout and Endpoint project. Hon and Lowell are involved with anti virus project as well.
- Andrea Chappell, Steve Carr and Tim Farrell of IST will examine using Unix-based kiosk strategy as a possible solution for podiums computers.

- working with new version of WPKG for packaging software. It has great logging, is more reliable and is a good candidate for larger applications
- updating Audit
- there are thousands of GPOs and many are duplicates. There are 1100 software applications being delivered.
AHS
- using policy extensions instead of scripts
- trouble packaging Jack software
Science
- appservers upgraded with larger disks
- working of updating Symantec clients to latest patch level.
