with Faculty Meet and Greet from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. ET
Online from 9:30 to 11:45 a.m. ET
- Meet your faculty community including professors and peers
- Discover how to prepare for your first year on campus
- Ask your questions and get answers
If you recently changed your major or program, it may take a few business days to update in our system. Don't worry! You can still register for the Faculty Ready Daythat matches your finalized program.
How to register in Portal
Did you know you register for ALL Waterloo Ready events at once in Portal? We've created one convenient registration space.

Log into the Portal using your Watiam credentials. Make sure to add "@uwaterloo.ca" at the end of your Watiam username.

Select all the sessions that interest you. This could include your Faculty Ready Day, Waterloo Ready webinars, Virtual Speed Friending and more.

After choosing the workshops that suit you best, click "Next."

Complete the registration questions and click "Submit Registration."
